OK, no mention of money, can I afford your services?
Hey, we want to be honest and reliable, so we're not going to rope you into a certain amount before you've had a chance to tell us your computer's woes. Our rates are very affordable though, especially considering the extra service and sense of humor that you get. Generally speaking, there will be a service charge to travel to your home or business to cover the extreme cost of fuel these day. If you want to haggle, please give us a call, we'll be happy to give you a reliable quote,(and perhaps some good advice, free of charge)

My computer just started making weird noises, what should I do?
Give us a call. We're here to help you through those tough times. We can save your data and save your day. Always remember to have a reliable (redundant) data storage secure backup plan. We are available to help implement a disaster recovery plan for your business (or your family photo album). Protect your data by asking about our monthly maintenance plans.

A student in my household has a research paper due, and the computer seems to have mysteriously developed a serious attitude problem, what can I do?
OK, we sympathise and wish to point out that this is all part of Murphy's Law. No worries, though. Before you toss that computer out the window or into the river, give us a call. Our fast friendly service will have you back in business in no time at all.

I let someone talk me into copying and installing some software, but I don't have the original disks. Now I see that I'm sort of painted into a corner. What can you do to help me?
Well, we wouldn't have let you paint yourself so far in the corner to begin with. We're all about saving money, but some corners just can't be cut without major issues later. (and boy, have we seen them all) Never throw out your original packaging or software CD's for any operating system or software that you purchase or that originally came with your computer. Take time to read the End User License Agreement (or give us a call for the abbreviated version in everyday terms). We'll help find a path out of the corner and back to normal for you.

I have Cox Communication or Time Warner Cable broadband service, what can I do to prevent prowlers?
Well, first, learn how to use the disconnect button on your cable modem. This will disconnect the internet from your computer or network. Shut down your computer when it will be idle for a while, but other computers will remain on and connected to the internet. Give us a call for more details and an in-depth security analysis.
